Diddy Kong Racing is a kart racing adventure game developed and published by Rare for the Nintendo 64. The premise of the game is to race various animal characters in a battle to save their island from an evil space wizard named Wizpig. The game features many elements found in the Mario Kart series but mixes things up by incorporating an adventure mode which features bosses, an overworld to explore and the addition of unique vehicles such as airplanes and hovercrafts.

WWF Superstars is a wrestling video game developed by Rare and published by LJN for the Game Boy. The game is based on the World Wrestling Federation syndicated television show WWF Superstars of Wrestling which aired in syndication from 1986 until 1996. Released in 1991 the game is the first WWF licensed wrestling game released for the Nintendo Game Boy.

Perfect Dark is a first-person shooter developed and published by Rare for the Nintendo 64. The game is a spiritual successor to Rare’s 1997 first-person shooter GoldenEye 007. Rare began development of a follow up first-person shooter after the release of GoldenEye 007 with the intent to create a game based on the James Bond movie Tomorrow Never Dies but was outbid for the licensing rights by Electronic Arts. This caused Rare to change direction and develop something different resulting in the new intellectual property Perfect Dark.
