Al Lowe is an American video game designer, programmer and musician known for his work at Sierra On-Line in the 1980s and early 1990s. Lowe worked on many adventure games at Sierra On-Line but is best known for creating the Leisure Suit Larry series.

Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards is an adventure video game developed and published by Sierra On-Line in 1987 for MS-DOS and Apple based computers. It is the first installment in the Leisure Suit Larry series and was inspired by Chuck Benton’s text-based adventure game Softporn Adventure. The game utilizes the Adventure Game Interpreter (AGI) engine made famous by King’s Quest: Quest for the Crown.
