Claudia Black is an Australian voice actress best known for her portrayal of Chloe Frazer in the Uncharted series.   Black began her career in the entertainment industry in 1992 when she was casted for a minor role in the Australian soap opera “Home and Away”.  She landed her first leading role in 1996 in the New Zealand soap opera City Life then gained international recognition in 1999 for her role in the science fiction television series Farscape, a series that would eventually introduce Black to voice acting work in the video game industry.

Continuing her role as a television actress Black began working on feature films with her first appearance in the 2000 movie Pitch Black.   In 2002 the hit television series Farscape that Black was starring in received a video game adaptation for the PC, introducing Black to video game voice acting and opening additional opportunities for the actress.  Black began working with Sony Computer Entertainment in 2005 when she accepted the role of Greek goddess Artemis in God of War.

After her appearance in God of War she started working on much larger voice acting roles landing key roles in game series such as Uncharted, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Destiny and Gears of War.  Black continues to act in television shows and movies however video games have become a huge part of her repertoire.
